I was skeptic ordering for the 1st time from Coach Outlet after reading many negative reviews about mistakes and disappointing or misleading orders. I ordered the black one with rainbow logo and it's beautiful and exactly like the photo. Classy but discret. Big enough for essentials but not too big. Thanks God it was delivered on time, well packaged with everything needed, in a box. Thank you for being just as expected ! I've already ordered other things for me and my husband, bags and a coat. Hopefully I will not be disappointed 😅
