Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Coach Outlet purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail or to a Coach Outlet store within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.). Items that have been personalized or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return by Mail:

  • You can return your new and unused item(s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address.

  • When using our pre-paid label, $7 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
  • Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive a Coach Merchandise Card (store credit).
